To strengthen and support their ruminants team in Belgium and the Netherlands, we are currently seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable:

Territory Manager Ruminants

Match Recruitment will assist CEVA in this search, the goal being that the recruited candidate enter CEVA as soon as possible.

• Generate sales within your assigned region by retaining and developing customers.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and buying groups.
• Drive business growth by implementing strategies in the field, identifying new opportunities, upselling products and services, and negotiating contracts.
• Strongly working together with the internal teams (Marketing/Technical).
• Stay updated on market developments and competitor activities to provide insights and identify opportunities.
• Organization of customer events and participation in regional congresses.
• Maintain internal CRM systems to update customer records and manage business meeting outcomes.

• Successfully working in a commercial role for several years within the animal health sector, preferable with experience in Ruminants.
• Self-motivated with strong communication skills. Result- and customer-oriented.
• Team-player.
• Good time management skills.
• Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French written and spoken; English is an advantage.
• Experienced in MS-office applications.
• Willing to travel.
